  • 2014 -Acquisition of Vineyard in North Barossa Valley

    The Liu family acquires a historic vineyard in the North Barossa Valley, setting the stage for their winemaking operations.

  • 2017 -Philip Liu Completes Enology & Viticulture Degree

    Philip Liu, the elder brother, graduates with a Master's degree in Enology & Viticulture from the University of Adelaide, enhancing the family's winemaking expertise.

  • 2018 -Opening of the Ubertas Wines Cellar Door
