UBERTAS is a 100% family owned winery
sharing the beautiful Barossa Valley wines with the World
After 20 years running a high-end technology based company in mainland China, Sung-Po Liu successfully led his small family owned company to be a publicly listed company in Taiwan. Sung-Po decided then to resign from his position as president of the company. In 2007 he made a life-changing decision to immigrate to Australia and start a new life for his family. His sons, Phil and Kevin found great interest in the wine industry. After Kevin and Phil completed their master degree in marketing and oenology respectively. While they studied, the brothers bought ab old vineyard on the banks of the north Para river in Nuriootpa, Barossa to begin their venture in the wine industry.
When you purchase more than A$150

With more than 80 cellar doors and 150 wineries, the region is full of quality wine waiting to be discovered. The cool summers and rainy winters makes the Barossa an ideal region for the production of red wine, and the low fertility of both soil types found in the area, brown, loamy sandy to clay loam and sandy light-brownish grey to dark grey brown soils, are what fuels the award-winning wines produced in the region
UBERTAS WINES is very fortunate to have heritage vineyards in the Barossa Valley which were planted in the 1910s and 1920s. Old vines produce fruity and balance grapes.
We look forward to working along with you.
